Agree what done looks like.
Completion evidence should answer a practical question: was the agreed work done, and what needs attention?
- Confirm the agreed scope and any approved changes.
- Record the equipment and locations covered.
- Capture only authorized photos and test results.
- Keep passwords, customer records and payment data out of evidence.
- Record unresolved issues and what remains to be done.
- Agree who reviews the result and how corrections are handled.
Example: a Wi-Fi access-point installation
Agree photos showing mounting and cable management, a device identification record where needed, and authorized connectivity checks. Do not include network passwords or private user data in the handover.
