When you select the final submit button on a project request or provider application, the details you entered are securely sent to OnSiteO. We use them to review your request, contact you and plan the appropriate next step. Submitting an enquiry does not create a marketplace account or guarantee approval.

Sensitive information

Do not enter passwords, government identification numbers, banking details, identity documents, insurance certificates or screening reports in these public forms. If those items are needed later, OnSiteO will direct you to an appropriate secure service.

Theme preference

The light/dark preference and decorative-lights pause setting are saved in this browser’s local storage when available. Our hosting server may record request information such as IP address, requested page, time and response status for operation and security. Keep personal details out of page URLs.
