The planned marketplace journey

A clear path from
request to review.

We are preparing and testing this workflow for a limited pilot. This page describes the intended experience; public self-service booking is not open yet.

Discuss your field work

The whole job, connected

Six useful steps.

01

Scope the job

The buyer defines the site, time window, skills, budget and required deliverables.

02

Review proposals

Technicians or service companies respond with their availability and proposed terms.

03

Award the work

The buyer chooses a provider. The assignment identifies who is expected at the site.

04

Complete and document

Assigned technicians check in, carry out the agreed work and submit the requested evidence.

05

Review or request rework

The buyer reviews the submission and requests corrections if required before approval.

06

Settle and track

Approved amounts proceed through the configured payment process. Approval, transfer and bank payout are separate stages.

Before the visit

Agree on what “done” means.

A shared checklist gives technicians a clear target and gives buyers a consistent way to review the result.
